"Selfish-Me"

Russell Crowe said that the birth of his son gave him a new set of priorities. Hollywood wasn't as important anymore. The one thing that you lose when your priorities change like Russell's, is your 'me-time'. Most husbands give so much of themselves that their emotional cylinder runs dry. And this situation doesn't help anyone. I know. It's happened to me. So here is my "Selfish-Me" list for fuel: 1. Buy a Classical Guitar and learn to play. My dad had a guitar. He never seemed to carry a tune through to the end but that didn't matter. He strummed and jammed and seemed to be so content at that. My sister and I would simply sit listening bobbing our heads. I intend to pick up where dad left off and at least get to the chorus. :-) 2. Go back to Tai Chi. I've lost contact with my first Tai Chi Master. Raph.
